WLAN is a Wireless Local Area Network which uses the radio frequency to transmit and receive data over air for few tens of meters using the Ethernet protocol and hence allow mobility to the computers to move around within the coverage area and still connected to the network. WLAN is available in Personal computers, Laptops, mobile phones and MP3 players etc and are accessible by everyone nowadays. For designing an effective WLAN based networking, one should possess knowledge of the issues pertaining to Wireless LAN implementation

Benchmark WLAN-T teaches the concepts and key parameters related to wireless concept. The suggested experiments give an insight into the understanding of the design considerations while implementing a wireless networking.
